About Category "Life Without Gluten"

Whilst Smiffy is not himself gluten-intolerant, he cooks and eats out with his wife, who is. Life Without Gluten is a series of observations, recipes, resources and notes on his own gluten-free cooking experiments that will hopefully show that Life Without Gluten isn't as bad as it might sound.
