Whilst Smiffy is not himself gluten-intolerant, he cooks and eats out with his wife, who is. Life Without Gluten is a series of observations, recipes, resources and notes on his own gluten-free cooking experiments that will hopefully show that Life Without Gluten isn't as bad as it might sound.

When I was a child, we called this type of dish bacon and egg pie. Others might call it quiche. This recipe is gluten-free and low-carbohydrate (unless served with chips.) Can even be meat-free, if that takes your fancy.
